Default Does anyone know this car?

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2716120.htm

Looking at buying another subaru and spotted this? Limited edition so thought someone might know the car. I'm struggling to find info about this car or the version in general.

Is an 'sti type r v6 wrc' an actual model and what's the stock spec? Can only find info about a 'wrx type r wrc' and not the other.

Cheers in advance
Chris

yes sorry about that, I took off at high speed with a wad of cash to purchase it.
The extras to make it a WRC is the roof scoop and Blue front seats (the rears are black)
THeres blue ali trim around the dials, and the centre consule around the radio is also matching blue.
Ive never seen one before ! Im very pleased with it.
Happy hunting mate, take you time, there still are a few good ones out there.

no worries, i'll just keep looking for the P1 i was after. that had just caught my eye because it seemed well priced and i wasn't a 100% on spec.

went from a scooby to bmw diesel, 6 weeks later and i'm bored and hunting for another scooby.

If you want a crazy car then go for the Type R, its got far more than a P1 ( thats why theres loads of P1s For sale)
If you do lots of long miles the Type R can be a pain as its geard low, but the Group N gearbox is in a league of its own !, and then theres the DCCD diff control, and then theres the Intercooler water spray...... You still want a P1 ?
