hi peeps, where is the best place to buy a new cambelt from please.

I bought my new Gates timing belt from ImportCarParts they have an Ebay shop too.Good prices and quick delivery.

Don't bother buying from the as performance website, just phone Alyn and it's usually there next day and as cheap as any place. He will also advise on other bits you mght need (tensioners, pulleys etc) without having you spend any extra that you don't need.

there are 2 belt avalible
gates & dayco

alot of the time, the tensioner dont need to be changed.
recards the followers before ordering, check them for play

regards to where to get one, most places wont busness and will offer deals
as long as there dayco or gates, your fine

Lateral Performance do a nice price on the Cossie one if you want that type. Most of the Subaru places now do complete kits anyway including the tensioners, etc.
I am too fickle I am afraid. Had two cambelts now, had two complete kits fitted as well with them. Expensive but it is my only car and I am not taking the chance! LOL
