UK 400 ?????

I'm working in Cambridge today and saw a silver blobeye slowly drive past. I noticed a badge on the front wing that said 'UK 400'. Is this an actual model or has the fella just stuck a badge on a STI. if it is an actual model what it the spec of it ??

stuck on badge, only 400 was the cossy as far as im aware
