End of the WRX era.
Sadly the time has come for me to part with my 08 WRX which followed my cyprus import WRX. With subaru offering no new equivalent (apart from the high priced sti) I was forced to look elsewhere for a reasonably priced performance car.
I have now purchased a Renault Megane Sport 250 RS Cup with some extras! So far I am loving it though I may miss the 4wd if we have another bad winter and the ride is not as comfortable as the WRX but on the positive side the seats are brilliant the grip is very good too and the Renault monitor (throttle mapping should be entertaining).
I will miss reading the interesting posts and the many helpful people who have responded to my questions on here over the years and i'm already struggling to stop myself waiving at scoobs so if you see someone in a white cup waiving at you youll know why
I will probably pop by from time to time and who knows if Subaru get their act together maybe I will back in another 3 years when my PCP runs out.
