Uk 6 speed gearbox oil
I'm gonna do a gearbox oil change on my 6 speed as I haven't done it on it yet,
What's best to put in?
I heard that shock proof is good
Also how much does it take ?

I will be trying the shockproof next as Castrol Syntrax seemed a bit crap in the 6speed compared when i used it in my classic. the rear diff takes 0.5ltrs and i seem to remember the box having between 2-3ltrs
dont hold me to that

I got told to use motul gear 300 in the 6 speed. The amount is 4.5 litres and the rear diff is 0.8 litres.
