as some of you may know my car started knocking so its having a full rebuild yay spec-
STI version 7 short motor
255 wallbro fuel pump
new FMIC
vf28 turbo
GEMS ecu with anti lag
440 injectors
p1 cams
p1 heads
straight through exhaust

340 will be about the most you'll get with that turbo and that will be a push. My car made 342 on a 28 running 1.5 bar boost. I was using STI 9 spec C (JDM) bottom end, gt spec manifold and up-pipe, full de-cat 3" system, walbro, HKS front mount, RCM 550's, Motec M48 with A.L and STI 3 heads. All mapped up by Paul at ZEN.
Why not go with a slightly bigger turbo and run less boost, maybe an 18G. At least that way you can run more power in the future without too much hassle.

Andy at scooby spares isdoing the work and tbh mate apprently the vf28 are very smooth running and thts probbly more important to me at the moment sti 7/8/9 used the same bottom end don't they irrc ?
