Default Coilpack question

After months of trying solve my misfire problem its finally developed enough to source it. I thought my engine was on its way out when it developed a ticking noise when hot . Anyway turned out coilpack near turbo was arcing and causing the ticking noise. Ive swapped them from one side to other to double check it was. The rubbers have no cracks or anything and to be honest look like new but i noticed they are a very loose fit over the plugs. Can you buy new rubbers or does it have to be the whole coilpack?
