Default Goodbye Vauxhall - Hello Scooby

I met my Dad on the German/Dutch border today to swap my Scooby for my Astra, this is the few pics i've got of both cars together, and the last time i'll ever be taking of my Astra before it goes on its journey to Liverpool.

The lights thing? Didn't you buy it like that?

I went from a vauxhall's to a scooby a year ago and unless someone holds a gun to my head I'm never going back.

I really like the look of the astra and the way it sits, was it a turbo'd one?

The lights came on the classic and I believe he's going to change them

Lose the stupid large scoop, doesn't suit the newage cars, nevermind a classic.

Wheels are staying, i need smaller rims for winter tyres as based in Germany.

Congratulations I used to be a vauxhall man but gave up on them back in 2003 after spending a bloody fortune on my gsi only for it to blow up .

Both cars look well....how do you find the Impreza compared to the Astra.

My Astra was a 1.6 16V so the step up to an STi was immense and i'm still smiling nearly 4 years on.

Are you blind It suits the newage perfect, as long as it`s on an STI Maybe you`re an "STI wannabe"

cheers for all the comments guys n gals, the scoop is staying, i can't afford to replace it. The STi stickers are going, but the front badge is staying as i think it looks cool.

The scooby is completely different to drive compared to the Astra, in a straight line its all the same, its all different when cornering as you'd expect.

the lights are going as soon as its got its german mot sorted out.
