Sky Insurance
As we're all on the topic i thought i'd share my experience.
My renewal came through. I was with admiral multi car. I have now Sold the second car and told them about it asking them to re quote me.
My insurance still went up. I couldn't believe it was more expensive this year than it was for two cars last year.
I searched the forum and took everyones advice.
I PM'd the member on here that everyone recommends three time, no reply.
I filled out Keith Michaels quote system twice, rang them three times and left one answer phone message. They never got back to me.
Spoke to Chris at A-Plan. Top bloke and very competitive but couldn't quite beat the best.
Sky Insurance. I originally spoke to Luke. He was great. Told me that my car was registered as a STi Uk 1997. Also told me (which i already knew) that uk sti's didn't come out on a classic. Then told me that there would be a massive debate on my hands if i was involved in an accident as my car was wrongly registered.
Called them back several weeks later. Told them about all my mods (Only basic) Cat back, Magnecor leads, Samco hoses, P1 Wheels. There quote was half of what i was paying with Admiral.
This time i spoke to Alex, he even took a bit more cash off.
I'm a very happy customer. Def a company worth dealing with and one for all of you to at least get a quote from.
