How do i post a pic just wandering its 02:30 im on night shift and im bored already watched 2 DVD`s

 

Picture needs to be uploaded to the web for this to work.

Then type this in where you want the picture to be inserted:

[&img]http://www.pictures.co.uk/picture.jpg[&/img]

But dont put the '&' in (had to do this otherwise code would think I was trying to post a picture above)
