Default Why oh why?

Why oh why is it so hard to make the decision to sell your scooby. Iīve written the autotrader ad maybe seven times but I just canīt pick up the phone to do it... I just canīt see me having any more fun in the other cars that I can afford (m3 evo8/9 r32 s4 996c2). Always wondered why people go from one subaru to the next...now i know

just like my mate, he was going to sell his classic sti-6 but instead has decided to spend 270 on a new clutch, new diff, p1 rep splitter, clear indicators, and a blowover in original paintwork to finish lol

I understand you so much! I'm on my 7th Impreza, but a couple of years ago i believed that by having something else, i could save money on daily running costs...........How mistaken i was, as well as buying so-called entertaining cars, which, to me, were dynamically flawed on the road in comparison to an Impreza. The 3 cars i tried were BMW 330d M sport, Renault Cliosport 182 and a Corsa VXR. All inferior in several ways compared to an Impreza. My big problem is what to buy when i eventually sell my jdm sti !

I went to test drive my first one in 1996 and before I drove the car the salesman said and I quote 'i warn you now, you will never want any other car'.......

15 years later and a few impreza's ;-)

I have tried going away but have always come back..

Good luck - is one of the hardest things you will do....

Being on the scene for nearly 11years now I have seen and read of hundreds get a scooby ,spend money on it and then Sell it

Then they go into deep depression and then have to buy another one

Yes I know fuel costs are going through the roof ,hence many people have the scooby as a weekend/fun car but there is really nothing as complete a package as a scooby

I do less than 5k a year in mine and would never sell it unless I really really needed the cash.

It's just a part of my life, Job, House, missus, kids & scoob!

In the future I'll be like the bloke round the corner with his old capri, but it will be me with my classic!
