ive read somewhere that the nur spec resonator pipe is unique to the blitz system and cant be changed to any other centre section can anybody confirm this?
Its too quiet for me and want to change it to something a bit louder

its suprisingly quiet for some reason,its even got a de-cat up pipe and its no where near as loud as my old car (miltek downpipe,de-cat centre and cobra backbox.......that was loud!)
everybody on here says how loud the blitz is...im abit dissapointed!!

You sure its a R and to answer your question, blitz make them so you cant swap and change back boxes, so the middle section isnt a straight swap on a R

Yeah man the Blitz is a seriously loud exhaust. If indeed it is a genuine NUR Spec R.

I fully decatted one of my old scoobs with a NUR Spec R & only had it on for a week before I fitted the catted DP back on. It was loud enough to wake the fookin dead!!!

Just sold a nur spec r and it is stupidly loud with the normal resonator section on.If your saying it is not loud then you are either deaf or the bung is in the backbox . My afterburner vortex is louder on tickover than the blitz,but the comparison stops there.Once you get to 1500 rpm the blitz is just to full on. The vortex is loud but you can still have a conversation with your passenger. The blitz ;you have no chance unless you know sign language.

Also just because it is loud does not necessarily make it one of the best flowing backboxes either .

What makes you think that ,have you seen any data to show otherwise ?. If you speak to several of the different mappers on here and ask for their thoughts you might be surprised .It is one of the loudest exhaust out there,but that dont make it the best. In fact good power gains can also be had by the HKS silent power ,which is no way near as loud as a blitz. I chose the vortex after reading reviews from other members& speaking to mappers and listening to the sound and reading stuff like this :
