Default Put the Type R on a weighbridge today

Luckly I have a weighbridge near me so today I drove down to find out what it weighs with the mods - 6 speed DCCD 'box, brembo's 18's etc.

With 3/4 of a tank of fuel it weighs 1330kgs. I guess that's about right. Dry weight would be less than 1300kgs including the heavy 6 speeder.

Sounds about the same then - although I've left the rear seats in and also the space saver

Was you sat in the car too?

Last time I weighed mine (Classic WRX a couple of years ago) it was 1420kg
I am a fat get and it had a full tank of fuel and a big box with two amps and two subs in the back.

Mine was without me in the car - that'd be another 105kg...

OP - yup - about the same.
