Default wheel guru's

ive been given a brand new set of speedline turini's 17" (off an evo ix mr fq) with an offset of 38 however ive managed to source a set of spigot rings to make the offset 53, the wheels have a flat nut of 12x1.50 however the subaru wheels have a nut of 12x1.25 which has a tapered nut to secure the wheels to the hub would i need a flat nut of 12x1.25 ???
