Hawkeye 06 plate owners and dipped beam thingy
Hi
Any owners on here with 55 plate hawkeye sti's
do you have the adjustable beam dial?
mine doesnt seem to have one tis all
also whilst we're at it, anyone with xenons etc whos gone to france or where ever on the wrong side of the road
any switch or anything for the lights to point the wrong way ?
i know my mates mondeo had switch inside the back of each headlamp to move the light pattern

on uk spec hid lights the height control is automatic and also will have headlamp washers its all part of the construction regulations not sure about changing dip as the lights themselves should have a cut off plate inside but if it can be reversed without taking the light apart is a different matter

just used the search heh, ill try my lights against something and see what the patterns like
one thread seemed to suggest they;d be a flat pattern, not sure
last time i went to france i had my CTR still, so just chucked some halfrauds deflectors on

When I lived in Spain I made some deflectors out of silver sticky back plastic. Looked better and less obvious than the Halfords ones and cost me 40p for a sheet large enough to do around 10.
