got a bugeye 2002 that still has the standard radio in it . i went to halfords today to look at an alpine double din and the bloke in there said it would not fit straight in mine ,as the standard one in my car is a 1 and 3 quarter din. i was like WTF never heard of 1 and 3 quarter din


can someone confirm if this is correct ?

Ive got that in mine and it a perfect fit all i had to do was take the side mounting off the old radio and buy the adapter lead and the stereo surround fits back perfect.
