Question Heaters keep going COLD

Hi there,
The heaters in my Impreza AWD TURBO 2000 keep going cold when the dial is pointing at hot so I guess there on the way out.....

Does anyone what could be causing this and how it can be fixed????

THANX FOR LOOKING.

could be the thermostat or an airlock in your coolant
