Wink hello people and a bit of advice

hello all newbie here

ive got a 93 80.000 km real nice scooby ive had it a bit of time , ive put a

polar performance ecu on it de-cat 3" with full stainless walbro fuel pump

green panel filter new shape top mount ... now i had to put it through a

mot so ive decated and put standard exhaust on i did have a k and n

induction kit on but i took that of for mot i was worried about the

emmisions and now ive kept with the panel filter as i remember it before

taking all bits off it was hitting fuel cut head through the screen not all

the time sice getting it back its been doing it pretty much all the time

i checked the little pill in the boost solanoid and found it to be to big so

put it to standard 1.5mm it was still hitting cut n now ive just re set the

ecu taken it out and it seems fine !! would it just have been a case of

needing to re set the ecu , i did'nt take it for a real long drive just just

ecu re set and a few drives around the block to check and as i said no

fuel cut does it need a longer run or does the ecu re set fix that sought

of problem any thought would be apprciated

cheers carl

btw ive kept standard downpipe and exhaust on
