Just wanted to see how good carbon fibre parts are on Rally blue2004 sti, I was thinking of getting a bonnet but they go for a big price

or shall I stick with the origional??????

Your bonnet will be Ali so light anyway?
If it's cosmetic I'd leave oe as prob won't be as nice a fit ?
Somebody with one on already would be interesting to hear from

I have one but my car is silver so hence I did not reply sooner!





I bought mine from an eBay shop called 2 fast 2 furious (crap name I know but their products are top drawer - excellent quality carbon fibre and lacquer with nicely rolled edges).

The fit was good, the bonnet had warped ever so slightly toward the driver side but I stuck two very small washers under the wing to bring it up to the same level and now it looks perfect

I am an advocate of carbon fibre but I would say always do your homework before jumping in
