changing speedo from km to mph

Default changing speedo from km to mph

looking at a hawkeye it has kph on its speedo who would be able to put the speedo to mph

Conversion is a part of the ESVA and if the car has not had it done then I would be hearing alarm bells ringing.

Buggered if I can find it in the guidance notes.

I found where it says they check the speedo but can't find what they're looking for?

My JDM car was in Kilometres and a few years ago I had a German import car which was in Kilometres too.
