Big thanks to Duncan @ RaceDynamix for the remap !
Hi all,
Recently bought myself an 06 WRX and had it mapped by Duncan at RaceDynamix yesterday.
Top bloke, really helpful and the map is amazing. The car is a completely different animal now
Can highly recommend him to anyone considering a remap...
Thanks again
Jim

Had the car on the rollers at AmD in Essex today. Quite a good result
It made 275 bhp and an impressive 366 lb/ft of torque @ 3,500rpm !
Duncan... you did say the torque was amazing. My clutch has started to slip now because of it I expect it is the original clutch on 47k miles though.
Should I be upgrading the clutch to deal with this amount of torque? or will a standard one be ok?

if the clutch is slipping then it,s not going to get any better. a stock clutch is ok for standard power but even then can be wrecked with launches/abuse. sounds like you will have to spend some more lol good luck

Yeah not bad figures .. bhp could be a little better but all dynos vary dramatically so it may just be the dyno producing a different kind of result to the ones i normally use.
