Default Having my wheels Re-powdercoated...

Now do i re-do them in white or go for Black ?

I do like the white on white look but am thinking about the cleaning of them i have to do to keep them looking white,so if i went black, since they go black anyway with the dust etc ....... Hmm

The wheel ( i do have 2 Mcguard locks per wheel now not this crap one i had at the time LOL)

White looks good, I would only change to a grey, not black, don't think black would suit your car unless you add a few other black bits of detail

The white looks good - have you had any issues with them going yellow/dirty looking, I've heard that this is a problem with white powder coated wheels, I was thinking about getting mine repainted rather than powder coated

Yes,in some places there are tindges of yellow, hence the re-do of them, didnt realise it was a powder coating issue, just presumed they had a hard life LOL

to do them powder coated round here is £120,i might see if i can get a quote to paint them rather than powder coat, see what the £££ difference is

cheers

I paid over £200 to get mine painted last time, but that was short notice and I didn't have time to shop around. Powder coating is £160 here, but I need to get some quotes - maybe even see if I can get them done as a part of my respray

Defo white IMO.

Have you got a company in mind to powdercoat them.

Greersport Racing charge £160 for 4 wheels. Bargain

That's what I paid up here for my 17's...

Black is a pain, you need to keep the tyres spotless, or they look drab and grey.

Mine are either going a crazy colour, or a really nice extra sparkly metalflake silver...
