Default Replacement Subaru nuts and bolts

As above where is the cheapest place to get these from?

I need a couple of nuts and bolts with the number 4 on them.

What do you want and what/where are they for? I have a very limited supply of spares from when they send me too many of a particular size (for a change).

They are mostly just high tensile bolts.

I swap them for stainless except in high torque situations, and buy the new ones from a bolt and nut stockist via yell.com

Hiya James

They are for my ARC Airfilter, seems I have lost the bottom bolt and the other I just need to double check what size it is.

Size 4? If you're refering to a number 4 on the bolt head, this is purely a grading in reference to the British Standard (in this case a low strength metric bolt). They are not specialised in any way and should be readily available (eg. B&Q)

If you give me the measurements from the diameter across the base and from the underside of the bolt head to the base I will have a look what I've got in stainless steel.

Just take one to your local (decent) hardware store, I picked up 6 bolts with washers for a grand total of £0.00, yes you are correct, I paid nothing for them

I often go to my local bolt and nut stockists and buy stainless for any one of four carts and EIGHT pushbikes.

Never been charged more than £2 for a bagfull, and often get given them if I only want two or three.

Just had a vision of you trying to get out the shop with 1/2 cwt of nuts and bolts in your pockets.
