Default Clutch bearing

Im getting my AP racing Clutch but ive noticed too options one with a clutch release bearing one without,

Which one do i need

i think he is saying that one of the clutches does not need a release bearing?????

I'm guessing you don't know much about mechanical stuff
You need the one with the bearing

its not always necassary to replace the release bearing,but while the clutch is out and for what the release bearing costs.then you may aswell change it.
