Mine came from a local guy, £64 and he gave me a pair of new jubilee clips, good quality ones. It was identical to the one I took off.
They are also available on e-bay.
My advice would be to change at LEAST the top hose when changing the rad, unless it's been done recently
Oh, and before fitting your new rad, remove it's top and bottom brackets, (four bolts in all) and repait it with a couple of coats of Hammerite smooth, then replace all bolts with stainless, M6 x20 or M6 x 25, available from Screwfix.

I bought the rad on a Monday at 4pm got it Tues morning before 12.
Got mine for around 50 delivered and fitted it myself..
