Cheap DIY mudflaps who was it and do they fit STi

Is the chap around who was doing those 'mini' mudguards? will they fit the STi?
Mates just got said STi and I warned him about pebble dashing the side of the car without mudflaps!
Dealer wanted £165 for the front pair!

I don't think the mini mudflaps would be much good on the STI, It seems to throw a lot of dirt up the side of the car. The wheels do seem to protrude beyond the lower part of the arch quite a bit.
