Default BBS LM 17" split rims

Anyone have any idea of value of these wheels ?

Now that the car is mainly a track car i think the time might of come too part company with them....I know they were nearly 2k new but have not ever really seen them on a scoob or seen any for sale so not sure on value.....

They could do with a refurb as have some scuffs and the laquer has started to lift on the rims...but the wheel centres are in really good nic....

genuine bbs splits are worth a ton, id like some RS 301's but 2k price tag is gonna require saving for.

if you have no luck shifting them onto someone who wants them for an impreza, try VW/Vag forums, centre bore will require 1mm removing to fit VAG 75.1mm but i bet someone will give you good money all day for them!

Hi Andy......was trying to work out how long ago it was when i took it off your hands...???? Its certainly worked since then and is a different beast now...

I,m interested in getting a couple of sets of 16" rays (secondhand) as can still get 16,s on with the 308mm 6 pot brake kit....and was hoping the Lm,s might fund them....

It appears they dont make them anymore in this size and i,m worried i,m gonna whack them and not be able to repair or replace....

Cheers for info Wrighty.....i might just wack them on ebay and see what they reach....interesting that the VW owners may potential buyers...

So where do i start as have had people p.m asking how much i want for them ???

Maybe, but theyre LMs. Quite possibly the best road/race rims BBS have ever made. Certainly the most iconic. One of my favourite all time rims.
Get them properly refurbed and keep them mate.

Truly unique and special IMO.

Andy at Scoobyclinic offered me serious money (£1k plus) for them when I had the car, got to be worth more now that they aren't made any more for the Impreza... not that I've ever seen any other Scoob wearing them.

Car looks amazing mate, couldn't have gone to a better buyer
