Head Lamp washer

Head Lamp washer
Just bought a front bumper for my classic 98 import and it has head lamp washers fitted to it. Is it easy to just run some extra washer pipes to the to washer bottle and change the pump or just put a 2 way t-piece, to have windscreen/head lamp wash.

The pump on mine, which HAS the h/l washers, is in two parts. The h/l part is higher pressure and pumps through wider pipes too.
You could run the wiring, but you'd need a switch, a new pump and the wiring, plus the pipework. I doesn't half use your washer fluid quick too
Cosidering that I've probably used mine twice in 12 years, I think I'd be removing the washers and having them blanked, or just leaving them unconncected

Cheers mate
I'll fit them as i loose alot of light driving at night in this weather, as i do alot of motorway driving. I'm going to run small pipes to the h/l washer off the window washer line so it will work simultaneously. Will post the results.

You'll find having HL washers connected with your windscreen washers a real bind in the better weather when your car is nice and shiny and the damn lamp washers dump all over the bonnet while using the screen washers to remove dust ect from the windscreen.
