anyway, iv been advised on the following parts, to get plenty more power from my car.

uprated injectors Depending on the above but id recomend Ijector Dynamics
manifold/headers T-Logic if you can find a set
3 port solinoid Grimmspeed as its uber tiny

Some feedback for you but you need to be specific on how much more power youre looking for.

As Frayz says above - poss aftermarket ECU consideration if you're not already on one! Give Alyn @ AS Performance a call and he should be able to assist with parts.

Was hoping for 400-450bhp

I thought a stock ecu would be ok and could mapped with these parts fine...?

Hi Rez

FMIC: Harvey selling the Hybrid, which are best for bang and highly used by people here and proven by many people(or if you want something different you may consider APS or Perrin)
K&N RCM big cone will be more effective for you like CAIK
Decent turbo:MD V series or GT30 are good turbo,which make around 400-450bhp
650cc with parallel mode will be fine for 400-450BHP(or if you are source 800cc,i think FB Tunning selling these for reasonable money)
About the headers, probably you can contact Harvey and his recommendation are well known or contact few mappers here which will help you.But biggest recommendation don't go for cheap ebay headers(Japspeed or others)
3 port solenoid selling like FB tunning or Slowboy Racing
You may consider new ECU,but this will confirm someone from mappers.
And at last you may consider better brakes like AP 6 pots.
But at first i will recommend get health check of your car,if will take this power.
And after this just remap form some mappers here, choice is yours.
