Anybody had dealings with this company. Ordered a tin of touch up paint on November 24th, received e-mail to say order in hand and should take 3-5 days to arrive. Also said if not received in that time ring up or e-mail. I've been ringing and e-mailing for past 8 days, nobody answering on either at anytime of day. Anybody experienced similar or am I just unlucky ?

Thanks ScoobLou.
At I least I know I am not the only one. It's only a tenner but how are these sites allowed to continue trading ?

I often wonder. Its the same with that company which sells dodgy engines, they just keep trading. No wonder they keep doing it as there seems to be no deterrent.

I always do a search through google before I purchase from anywhere now.

Sorry it wasn't better news, but keep trying. Did you pay via credit card?

If you do need to re-order then I have always found these people to be very helpful and offer good support in obtaining a colour match.

Hope you can get your original order sorted out.

Thanks ScoobLou & Fred

Yes, paid by credit card, £11.99, I'll give them another week or two.
It's not so much the money as all the time wasted ringing up, sending e-mails etc

This email is just to let you know that your order is now being processed by a member of our team and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Whilst delivery usually takes around 24 to 48 hrs we would ask that you allow upto 5 days for delivery.

In the unlikely event that you do not recieve your order in a timely manner, we would ask you to contact us via our Live Help Option.

To speak to us live please follow the link below

Thanks again for your order.

Regards

Stewart Logan - www.CarPaintRepair.co.uk

Makes you wonder how they are allowed to continue trading !

I can vouch for the Guy I dealt with through this site, he was helpful on the phone and the paint is the right colour when applied with the primer that came with it. I got one of the kits, primer, colour, lacquer.
