What a f***ing rip off. I sent my driving licence off to the dvla for a change of address and they have sent me back a letter saying the photo card needs updating every 10 years so please send in the completed form and £20. For f**k sake do we not pay them enuf as it is.

It is a joke, I can understand a fee but £20.00 seems excessive. I've just paid and received my license back. I'm just glad it came back as it was, there are some poor sods who have lost their entitlements. One chap had to retake his bike test!
