Default Which WALBRO fuel pump???

Hi. Does anyone know which fuel pump should i use for my car, it is V2 STI with following mods:

Standard injectors 380cc

Major_Sarcasm Chip

K&N 57i IK

Top mount Intercooler

PFR7B`s plugs

Sports cat downpipe 100cel and decat centre section

I was planning to fit WALBRO 255 but read somewhere that it might cause overfueling and better choice will be to fit WALBRO 190 or something like that.

What do you guys think ???

It can't overfuel from an uprated pump as any unused fuel flows back to the tank.

Just buy the walbro 255. It will be fine for you.

Whoever told you it would overfuel dosent have a clue. You have a standard regulator fitted to the drivers side fuel line which keeps the pressure set at oe pressure.

It would'nt matter how big a pump you fitted the oe reg will keep it stable.
If you want to buy an aftermarket regulater you can up the pressure, but i doubt your at that stage yet.. Hope this helps...

I've got a 255 on mine it's fine, I even ran it on the standard ECU for a while with no issues at all.

Can you feel the difference comparing to standard one?

Not on a standard set-up. I don't think you would ever feel a difference.
