Some idea of which car and therefore which type of Morettes would be advantageous.......

Also, are they genuine Morettes or just aftermarket? Using standard, uprated or higher wattage bulbs? HID?

From the wiring diagram there are two fuses one per headlight unit. PM me your e-mail address and I will try to send you the diagram. Is yours a 02 WRX or STi?

Will do e-mail through your profile.

Are you sure the bulbs are ok.... they may look aright, but are burnt out... get a multimeter to test them properly (using continuity mode), or even a battery and some wire.

Fuse: which one have you checked? there will be one on the car and MAYBE another wired into the Morette feed. If so, it'll be in the wire from the battery to the relay, or ON the relay.

Relay: can you feel it clicking when you flash/select main beam? If not, suspect it, it'll be a standard 4 terminal on/off, available from car shops, Hell Frauds etc, for around £5.

DO check what wire goes to what terminal BEFORE removing the old relay.

Alternatively, if you have a circuit tester, check if the bulbs are getting power, then if the relay is powering up when you select main beam: does terminal 85 have power? Does terminal 30? Does terminal 87?

Are the earths Ok from the lights?
