Default Iv got another one!

After many heated debates with misses off what family car too get next i went and got one with out her actually knowing about it until it was too late!! Ha

The last impreza we had was a chav magnet any boyrace in a saxo etc tail gated it trying to race it and when you have a 5 year old in car its not funny.

Car has been played about with and is probably the quickest impreza iv had to date...

Been out showing it too some mates at different garages and they are all impressed with it.

Even got some bits thrown in like Brand new FMIC with hosing kit and a 57i airfilter. Ill be selling the above bits tho.

Just really happy with the car

Only things im wanting too do are change the grill And a good valet

It's badged "Type RA", but I though they were 2-doors?

Oh, and Carkillerz: "too" means "as well as".

The word you want is "to".

I thought you knew imprezas inside out? thats the impression you gave me on ebay as you said you broke them for a living???

you let that vectra go cheap didnt you.

looks like an RA to me. would need the full gc8 code to be definate though.

Based on ive owned 2 of them....He mentions CDB, manual windows and IC spray. Also throw in the fact it has no rear wiper, black door handles aerial on the Apost and no skirts makes it a WRX Type RA over an STI RA because of the lack of roof vent...

Also has a short ratio gearbox.

That vectra was a pain. The winning bidder came too see car drove it for half an hour asked alot off questions then came out with "i dont think ill get used too it as its too long for me" Its a estate car off course its long!!!!

Although did me a favor really as i did a deal on this the next day!

The main reason im after knowing what exact model it is. Is because Anything that is after market on the exterior off the car is being removed and put back to standered,

I know the spoiler is not meant to be there but its things like grill lights what wheels and spoiler its meant to have etc.

Iv wanted a RA for a long time for what they are and not to try and make it look like something its not.

Off course theres no reason the engine brakes etc wont be getting played with more! lol

he also mentioned he was not sure, so without seeing under the bonnet or the applied model number the only thing you have to go on is the pictures above.

I have also had 3 type RA. 2 x wrx and 1 x sti v3 type ra.

If you have owned 3 of them then, from the picture and the info given you should know its a WRX RA, you dont need the applied model code.

The WRX SA is a wagon..

edit...the model code should either be GC8B47D or GC8C47D depending on year.

yes you are right, I was thinking of the base model and presumed incorrectly they used that term for both wagons and saloons.

to the op:

http://www.scoobypedia.co.uk/index.p...ProductionRuns

this should help.
