A Mate is looking tenuosly at something more fun than his lupo.

He has around 8k to spend, and probably wants a fairly vanilla UK turbo.

Looking around, it appears that MY95's are about that price range currently. Is there anything to watch out for on this MY ?

Cheers

Would be a little less than 8k and in fantastic condition, solid as a rock!

The imports tend to be a little more expensive on insurance, but at the same time, you get more power than a poofy UK car

Steve,

age shouldn't be a problem if you check it out well enough. I have had an MY94 for over two years now which has clocked up nearly 140k (including quite a few trackdays) with the only problem being the gearbox - major weak point if tuned.

Just to add cars of this age run a TD05
