service items??

Default service items??

im just about to service my 99 turbo wagon. could someone tell me the right stuff i.e oil some say 5w30 others say 10w40 its done 113000 miles with full history, also what ht leads 8mm or 10mm its a standard coil, i was going to put a induction kit on but am staying with standard filter but would like to upgrade k&n maybe cheers stonk

If you go to grahamgoode.com or a similar site the full services are very detailed in showing what gets done on each, depending on mileage. The site I mention here, will load a pdf file in acrobat reader which shows in great detail the items that are done on each service interval.

You'll be fine with 10w40 -mobil 1, millers stuff etc ect - check a seach on oil - OILMAN has posted loads.
Panel filter is the way to stay chap - always a bit of a trade between airflow and filtration but cant go far wrong with K&N - Green - coswoth - Apexi - etc etc.
Not sure about you leads though chap - try another search.
