Default are these any good?

im after a new top mount intercooler for my scooby wrx most of the fins have been flattened i dont know how or why, so ive see from this website www.madmotors.co.uk, £149 without delivery, have any of bought anything from these online or in the shop if so how reliable are they ?

not had anything to do with the above company but seems ok ,good price too !

Never seen or heard of them but the site is quite good. Unless you really want a new i/c why don't you remove your's and throw an hour at it with a tooth pick and a pair of tweezers

i may have a top mount hyperflow that i may be willing to part with for £285 after i have fitted my front mount within the next week or so if you are intrested its comming of a newage 03 plate also comes with a forge dump valve

+1 for doing it yourself - just need a bit of patience as it's quite slow going.

Toothpick/tweezers work well, I have also used 2 junior hacksaw blades like pincers in the past

I use a long baiting needle used for threading fishing line through baits for fishing on my intercoolers. Nice an stiff, amazing how much crap drops out the bottom of the intercooler. Then Hoover it.
