I had to up the fuel pressure to 4 bar on OEM injectors to get near 400 bhp...

Fuel pump is sufficient.

A hybrid TD will get you to around 380, an MD321H will make 390-410, a T will make more...

assuming its the one off there demo car. will prob be a bit laggy and not sure if it will make the 400. TD05's are pretty long in the tooth tech wise now

I was hoping for 380-400 with this turbo, I know 400 maybe asking a bit much but I did read on here the other day someone made 410+with the 20g

JayAllen made just over 400bhp on his Bug STI using a 20g and remap.

Can't remember what else he did, but don't think it was a lot.

400 on 2.0 can be laggy.

SC38 turbo probably the best compromise.

So what sort of price is the sc38 and do you need any more supporting mods ?

Turbo and stuff has moved on when i used the td05 20g it was under 400 bhp but now you get the billet version with supported mods and easy be on target for 400 with even quicker spool.
