Default CV Boot - Genuine or Aftermarket

Hi All,

I need a front outer CV gaitor on my MY95 as mine has split. Is this one of those things where OE quality is worth paying for, or are the aftermarket ones just as good? Anyone have a recommended source? Any tips for the change?

Cheers.

Got my CV boots on my 97 T2K replaced few months back as they split too. Aftermarket ones £10 each - fitted by enginetuner so really labour was the real cost.
They had a real problem getting the CV joints out (i.e. 2 man job) but they put loads of grease on after.
Hope this helps.
