Default New brakes and de-badged...

Hi,

Had my brakes, among other things fitted at RCM yesterday.
Top service as usual.

Then I de-badged and fitted some Prodrive stone guards...

Did the Spec C's all have the older style boot lock?

Looks much better than the awful big square thing on later newages.

Cant take the credit for those, Ian Godney did the calipers and supplied the brake parts at an unbeatable price

I assume you are being ironic. The car in the pic is a proper Scoob and seeing it on a 60 plate only helps make you realise what a complete mess Subaru have now made of the once iconic car.

Get a front sti lip on there that should finish her off. A nice set of 18"s would go down a treat!

I've got the same stone deflectors. Looks better than the huge flappy ones i think. How is the remap?

What tyres are you running? Are they 225 or 235 RE070s? Can't really tell from the pictures.

You really don't know much about impreza's do you?

It is a Subaru Impreza WRX STI SPEC C model year 2007. It has been sat at the dealers in Japan unregistered for the last three years. It's the lightweight version with the stronger 2.0l Jap spec engine. They are very suaght after here in the UK and very popular amongst enthusiast's and trackday hero's.
They tend to command a higher residuale on resale values hence you will see some used examples on 55/06/56/07 plates going for £17-18k.

Hope that has covered everything

Immy
