Do you mean one of the metal pipes to silcone joiners?

If so I always use hairspray and good clamps to seal and hold them (yes really)

I also keep KY Jelly in the garage for hoses. Wish my misses drawers was like my garage shelf at times.

Beware of crushing the pipework on the "cheaper" kits.

Carpet tack is another good product.

Mine kept spitting one joint off, now has two Murray's () and stuck on too !

Dont like mikalors - unless they are the precise size they just dont grab the pipes well enough.

Murray Corp constant tension clamps FTW !

Those mikalor style clamps suck, they actually make the piping leak more than with regular clamps.
