Default Blowing exhaust system COMMON ?????

I have had my subaru for a year and half now and always had problems with blowing from the exhaust system of a certain degree. i had the header gaskets changed by scooby clinic i then changed the 2 gaskets on the centre pipe and back box. and its still blowing from somewhere so i have just purchased a good set of gaskets for the whole system inc turbo gasket, downpipe, up pipe upper and lower, headers and the centre and backbox again to try and eliminate them all which im going to fit on monday and all at the recommended torques. my car is a 2003 JDM twin scroll with a decat roger clark downpipe, silenced roger clark 3" centre and team ice backbox mapped by Andrew Carr running approx 360bhp my question is that is it just me suffering these issues or does anyone else and is it a common problem as i can hear the blowing and i want to get rid of it and how have anyone else overcome it even if i am fitting new gaskets to the right torque and my full system was bought brand new.
