Hi Jon,

I'm buying a new MY01! - it'll be good to be back.

How's the cover?

BTW - GT3 is AMAZING! - can't really say too much about it - you know NDA.

I'll give you a call

Cool

Dario,

sorry to sidetrack the thread but is the proper GT3 much better than the demo??...coz I have to say that the playability and speed of the demo was pants...it was as though it was done purposely in slow motion so we could all say "look at all the attention they put into the scenery!" Going back to the original GT after playing the GT3 demo was night and day, GT had so much more soul and played so much better. Nice graphics on the new one but that was about it!

BTW...as far as I know sonic blue and rally blue are the same thing, although the older limited edition imprezas that were in rally blue were different to the later rally blue imprezas, earlier cars were duller and darker, newer ones are more electric. With the wrx01 there are three types of blue, blue/black mica (essentially black!) deep blue mica (similar to DBM I think) and WR Blue mica (like the rally cars and similar to sonic blue, I think it may be fractionally lighter than sonic blue).

Dario,

WRC blue is darker than Sonic Blue.

The WR Blue on the MY01 is very very similar to the WRC cars, whereas the Sonic Blue is the distinctly paler variant found on 22B's P1's etc.

Personally, although I love my P1, I prefer the WR/WRC Blue.

Question

I may be missing the point of the question but presumably they have different paint codes?
