Default Whats it worth

I have a v6 v-limited type r, good condition with 65k, new k-sports on the front new gauges, new rear brakes,12 months mot, how much do you think its worth?

I've got no.450 and love it. Had a 02 bugeye before and the type r is defo more fun to drive IMO. Pics are in members gallery under ver6 type r wrc v-limited dont know how to move the pic accross think I fancy a jdm new age 04 - 05 plate. change my cars tooooo much

New to Subaru's but dream car:

Sorry too tag on to this but I have been offered my uncles car which is T reg WRX tyre R STI grey 2 door Import with 60,000 on the clock some where and tear. He has now past away and stopped driving it in March because he thought he blow a piston. I know its hard but one what do you think its worth good condition and also needing engine work?????

Any advice would be helpful as really want to have it but need some Idea on price and costings.

If it needs engine work then about 3-4k, maybe a little less, depends on the cars overall condition really.
A good low mileage one will hit 7k with no difficulties

API is an option, half way between the 2 just google API engines, based outside Coventry.

Its running 320bhp and 310lft just had all oils done massive folder of all mot's and receipts, tracker new k-sport 8 pots, new rear discs and pads, new r-spec gauges oil temp, oil pressure and boost. What are the jdm blobs like compared to the type r.

Totally different beasts, having both a V5 STI type R and a Spec C, night and day, much prefer the more planted, quicker, better handling newage car

Now I have spoken too both David (API) and Adam (Scooby Clinic) both were helpful but wouldn't commit on price. Also need small rust bumps delt with... Who's Best???

Has anyone used either COMPANY BEFORE?

For the Classics / bug / blob and hawk Subaru have always done a lighter and shorter geared car with firmer suspension. For the Classic this was the RA (Race Altered) and this was carried over to the bug. The bug RA was such a dissapointment that they dropped the name and moved over to the Spec c name (C for Competition) for the Later bug blob and hawk.

The RA in later cars stands for Record attempt (the 'ring) and was a modified Spec C.

Neither is "better"........just different LOL

So if I want a bit more comfort then I should go for a normall jdm and not the spec c.
