im after 99/00 classic sti trying to find something thats had most of the hard work done 350+bhp but reliable, mainly be used as a weekend car

I was doing the same thing not so long ago ended up getting a 97 sti type r half the price of a p1 and better looking in white, im not sure but think the ra's were 4 doors and i liked the 2 door so easy choice in the end!!

Both of the my99 type r/ra are very capable cars.....and not too much different within the model variation.....ie whether an "sti version" or the non "sti version"
Would really only come down to if you prefer the 2 door look over the 4 door....
As a rule the sti versions have the dccd equiped transmission....
The "limited version" of both the type r and ra are most sought after..
