They normally open on Saturdays for the morning but I think they were not open today.

Best to call in the week.

He's like the Candyman - you only have to say his name on a forum...

David, I have various other committments on many Saturdays at the moment. Like driving my daughter from the midlands to Stanstead for 08-00 so she can go on a Uni versity project trip.

So this Saturday coming is no go. l'll have to look at my home calendar to see when I will next be here on a Saturday.

Correct we normally open 08-30 'til 12.00 sharp on a Saturday, but if there is no work booked and no collections, we don't open as it costs less. Very few people turn up out of the blue on a Saturday and my guys are on overtime rate on a Sat. If there's nothing productive to do we shut.

l'll advise later, David

No point to buy any old STi engine, I can build yours as good as or better than STi spec without any worry about quality or age or mileage.

I hate "rough figures" but 3 grand will usually get you a very good spec. and very good results, but I'd be happier to say for sure, once I see the car and what I have to work with

Another tuner let him down rather badly [ Bradly ? - private joke ]

he'll tell you.

David

PS Brad not so much of the ' know it all ' I can cope with old but not the other.

Totally agree with what's been posted about David and API. Whilst there are specialists nearer to me (I live in Cornwall), there are none that I'd trust as much. Will be contacting David at some point for advice about future upgrades to my engine.
