Default Is £300 an average price for timing belt kit

Hi just wondering if anyone new if £300 was a good price for a timing belt kit for a cdb scooby

Just got my kit from AS Performance........ SKF brand and I think it was £125 or £195.....but £125 rings a bell LOL

just had mine done at rasp in grimsby yesterday new cam belt kit all pullies and tensioners £420 fitted.

The Cam Shaft belt is extremely important, i wouldn't use anything but OEM or better. Dayco, Gates or Cosworth belt. Idlers and tensioner from the dealers.
