Hi, new to the site!
Hi chaps, just thought i'd say hello!
I am after a bit of advice aswell, i currently own a ibiza cupra which is running about 190bhp.
The past few months i've had a lot of problems with it, and it seems to be something new everymonth, i seem to be just chucking money at it and not getting anywhere so i fancy a change.
I know a few lads that have scooby's and everyone of them has said they wouldnt have anything else.
So basically my mind has been made up and i am after a scooby, my limit to spend is going to be £2500 dont want to go over that.
I have been looking on ebay/autotrader/pistonheads and on here and there seems to be quite a lot of 94/99 reg cars up for the £2000 mark.
But like on ebay and autotrader there is some very rough looking cars!
I am just after some info on what to look out for etc as i dont know much about them.
Any help would be a appreciated thanks!!

TBH mate your are not going to get much for £2.5K. Tired old jap import WRX. if you think your leon was expensive to run be prepared for a shock. these are no cheap cars to run. expect low 20s to the gallon. servicing is not the cheapest either and god help you if you decide to modify your car.
