Hi

I think it would be a good idea to start an avi / mpeg archive. Has it already been done. If now what do you think guys??

The collection would be a victim of it's own success.

The video files on 22b.com chew up around 12Gb of transfer a month.

Assuming we went out and made a collection of everything scooby hell only knows what kind of transfer you would be looking at. Most hosting companies want you on a dedicated server around 50Gb and over which would bump up the cost.

The theory is that sites that transfer a lot of data must be (yeah right!) commercial sites making loadsa money. There's not a lot of room for high transfer sites that make zilch.

50Gb a month would cost around £70. Maybe something for simon to consider ? Get an advertiser to sponsor the video pages ?
