Modified oil pump question....

Ive just had a modified oil pump by A.P.I fitted to my car and ive noticed that on start up the oil pump light flashes on and off as the car tries to turn over then it will go off once the car is running

Has anyone else had this with a modded oil pump?

oil pump

I have just fitted a modified pump purchased from GG light goes out straight away no problems.

Hmmm ok fair enough well at least the light goes out, must be the sensor.
